Enjoy a 3-4 hour tour of locally prepared and inspired dishes paired with local craft beer or wine, Sunset beach stops along the way with an experienced guide to answer all your questions.

We will take you to 3 or 4 of the following depending on availability:

Ice House Oyster Bar

Tofino’s historic Ice House serves up food crafted with love, using only local, sustainable ocean wise seafood. Watch as fishermen land fish and fill up on ice for the next catch, with one of the best sunsets in Tofino! Here Chef David Provencal will be treating you to a tasting of fresh oysters on the half shell, paired with the sommelier’s champagne of choice. Followed up with a filet of local, pan seared salmon and glass of wine or beer to complement the flavors of the dish.

Raven Lady Oyster Forte

For a culinary adventure with a twist, we will visit a state- of-the-art specialty food truck to enjoy the ambience and convenience of an outdoor garden. Every meal is artfully prepared and inspired by the incredible versatility and nutritional qualities of the fresh pacific oyster. Here you will enjoy an amuse bouche of what they do best…oysters!

Float House Patio & Grill

Chef Udo Lerch take a clean approach to a simple proven menu, making everything from scratch. The venue is as unique as it gets, situated in the boat basin harbor on a floating dock. Watch as the fishermen come in with their catch and enjoy a cup of their “Award Winning” Chowder and a sleeve of local brew. The Float House was the winner of the peoples and judges choice at the 2017 chowder chow down.

Tofino Brewery

These guys built their brewery on a few basic ideas: Brewing great beer and being a positive addition to Tofino by operating in a sustainable and locally focussed manner. Here you will be treated to a flight of their locally crafted brew in a unique and fun setting.

Hanks Untraditional BBQ

Here, Chef Francois Pilon believes strongly in making food accessible to everyone by bringing in the best ingredients and supporting the local farming community on Vancouver Island. BBQ and smoked meat has always been at the core of what they do here. At Hanks you will be treated to an in-house smoked duck leg and chicken wing, paired with a sleeve of locally crafted beer.

The Blue Room West Coast Bistro

With sweeping views of the Ucluelet harbor, The Blue Room offers delicious, casual, home cooked food always using the freshest of local ingredients. Here Chef Dustin Riley will end off your evening with a locally prepared dessert and specialty cocktail. From here you are welcome to take the shuttle back with the group, or linger a little longer on the bistro’s patio and take in the view. Additional cocktails may be purchased.

Includes Pick up and Drop off at your hotel or accommodation, tour guide for the evening, all food tasting fees. Guests may purchase additional beverages at their own expense. Pick up starts at 3:30pm
